2. Services

AssembleAtEase provides furniture assembly, TV mounting, home repairs, smart home installation, junk removal, and related handyman services in the Austin, Texas area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Booking & Scheduling

All bookings are subject to confirmation by AssembleAtEase.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time.
You agree to provide accurate contact and service information when placing a booking.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on the scope and complexity of the work.
Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Additional charges may apply for materials, extra labor, or unforeseen complications.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Warranty & Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the completed service, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue. This warranty covers workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, pre-existing conditions, or defective materials supplied by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AssembleAtEase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Property Access & Responsibility

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
You are responsible for removing fragile or valuable items from the immediate work area prior to service.
AssembleAtEase is not responsible for damage to items not disclosed or hidden hazards at the service location.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the AssembleAtEase website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AssembleAtEase and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
