I have read the Independent Contractor Agreement in full and agree to be legally bound by its terms, including the independent contractor classification, platform fee structure, non-solicitation provisions, and all other terms. I confirm I am at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
I also agree to the AssembleAtEase Code of Conduct and Terms of Service. I understand that identity verification and application review are required before I can receive jobs.

Identity verification is required and is not a full criminal background check. AssembleAtEase may require a separate lawful background screen before approval or later for continued job access. If a third-party consumer report is requested, you will receive a separate disclosure and authorization first as required by law.
