Know the price before you book.

At checkout, Stripe securely verifies your card and shows the full total before you confirm. You may see a temporary “pending” hold on your account; the actual charge is processed after the job is complete. Cancel within the policy window and the hold is released. We never see or store your card number.

Labor is included in all prices above. Parts or materials (e.g., drywall compound, faucets, smart devices, wall anchors) are not included unless specifically listed. We’ll tell you exactly what to have ready before we arrive, or we can pick up materials for a small fee.

We quote flat rates for most standard jobs. If a job turns out to be significantly more complex (e.g., damaged hardware, hidden structural issues), we’ll communicate with you before proceeding. You always have the option to approve or decline additional charges.

Yes — a service-call fee covers travel and appointment setup. It’s a flat $5 across Texas. It’s always shown as its own line before you confirm — never hidden — so there are no surprises at checkout.

Cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment for free. Inside 24 hours, the fee is 10% of the service subtotal; inside 2 hours, after a pro is en route, or for a no-show, it is 15%. Tax and the service-call fee are excluded, and you are never charged the full service amount for work that was not performed.
